These Purchase Terms apply when you purchase or book an Event through the technology of MaunaOne, a product of Maunify, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("MaunaOne"). Please read them together with the Seller's terms and cancellation policy, which are those that govern your purchase.

1. What MaunaOne is (and what it is not)

MaunaOne is a technological and billing platform that allows independent businesses (the "Sellers") to sell and charge for their experiences, activities, events, tours, workshops, or tastings (the "Events").

MaunaOne is not the organizer, provider, or seller of the Event. The Event is offered, organized, and executed by the Seller under their own responsibility.

2. Your contract is with the Seller

a) By booking, you enter into a contract directly with the Seller. The terms of the Event, the cancellation and refund policy, and the execution of the Event are the responsibility of the Seller.

b) We recommend that you review the Seller's information and policies published on the Event page before paying. By completing the booking, you accept them.

3. Payments

a) Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. MaunaOne does not hold the money from your purchase.

b) The amount to pay is the one shown at the time of booking. The charge is confirmed once your payment method is approved; you will receive a confirmation email.

c) MaunaOne is not responsible for errors, delays, or failures attributable to Stripe or your banking institution.

4. Cancellations and refunds

a) Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Seller's policy, published on the Event page.

b) To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact the Seller through the means indicated in your confirmation. MaunaOne is not a party to the refund relationship and does not issue refunds on behalf of the Seller.

5. Liability, risk, and health

a) MaunaOne does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of the Event, nor is it responsible for its execution. Any claim regarding the Event must be directed to the Seller.

b) Assumption of risk. Some Events involve physical activity or inherent risks. It is your responsibility to assess whether the Event is suitable for you and for the participants, considering age, physical or medical condition, pregnancy, disability, or other conditions.

c) You must inform the Seller of any relevant medical or health condition before the Event. The Seller may request a liability release waiver when the Event involves risk.

d) The purchase does not include medical insurance. MaunaOne is not liable for accidents, injuries, medical or transportation expenses, or third-party expenses arising from the Event.

6. Personal data

The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Notice available at https://maunaone.com/privacy-policy. For the execution of the Event, the Seller is the data controller responsible for processing your data.

7. Force majeure

If the Event cannot be held due to force majeure events (adverse weather, natural disasters, government emergencies, or others beyond the Seller's control), rescheduling or refunding will be managed in accordance with the Seller's policy.

9. Legislation and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Nothing in them limits the rights that the Federal Consumer Protection Law grants you as a consumer against the Seller.

10. Acceptance

By completing your booking, you accept these Purchase Terms and the applicable Seller's terms.
