About MaunaOne
MaunaOne is an online booking, ticketing, and payment platform for businesses that sell experiences with limited dates and capacity: vineyards, distilleries, tours, workshops, classes, venues, and event organizers.
Why it exists
We started in August 2023 after seeing the same problem over and over again: good businesses selling on WhatsApp, booking spots in a spreadsheet, and chasing bank transfers manually. They didn't lack demand. They lacked a way to collect it without losing half of it along the way.
MaunaOne combines booking and payment into a single step. The operator publishes their dates, prices, and spots, shares their own link, and the customer books, pays, and receives their confirmation without anyone having to reply to a message.
How money works
Payments are processed with Stripe Connect. Each operator connects their own Stripe account and the money from their sales goes directly there. MaunaOne does not withhold customer funds or come between the operator and their money. We charge a commission on online sales and, depending on the plan, a monthly fee.
We are not a marketplace. We do not sell traffic or take over the relationship with the end customer. The customer database belongs to the operator.

Diego Mier is the founder and CEO. Efra Gutiérrez Rivas Mercado is the COO and handles operations and account activation.
We participated in Techstars in December 2024.
Where we operate
The platform processes payments in Mexico, Spain, the United States, and the rest of Europe, featuring a multi-currency checkout.
