Yes. You define multiple time slots (9:00, 11:00, 13:00, etc.) and each one has its own independent capacity. MaunaOne automatically stops sales when a time slot is full.
With the Pro plan, you can set up down payments: you collect a percentage upon booking (for example, 50%) to secure the reservation, and the rest is charged before or on the day of the tour. This reduces cancellations and no-shows.
Yes. A single reservation can be for 1 to several people. MaunaOne deducts the corresponding spots from the schedule. You can define a maximum per reservation if you need to.
You define your cancellation policy when creating the tour. You can allow a full refund for early cancellations, a partial refund, or no refunds at all. It's up to you.
Yes. You share your MaunaOne link through any channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, web, ads. The client books and pays online without installing anything.
