⚠️ What you need to know (Total Transparency)
To ensure a healthy business relationship, it is important to clarify the scope of the service:
External Software Costs: The price of our packages covers the configuration and design of the flows. It does not include the monthly subscription for ManyChat (approx. $15 USD/month) that you will need to pay directly to the platform with your card.
WhatsApp Costs (Meta): If you choose the Omnichannel Pack, using the official WhatsApp API incurs a cost per conversation (approx. $1 - $2 MXN per initiated conversation) charged directly by Meta. We help you set it up, but you will top up the balance yourself.
Bot Scope: The bot operates with predefined rules (Menus and buttons). It does not include generative Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT) unless quoted separately. If the customer asks something outside the script, the bot will notify a human.
Community Management: Our service is technical. It does not include "Community Management" (manually responding to hate comments, specific complaints, or crisis management).
Ownership: The flows and the customer database are 100% your property.
