Generate a payment link from the Point of Sale
Charge remotely and automatically record the order.
How do I charge remotely and keep the order registered?
From the Point of Sale, create an order, select "Generate payment link" and share it via WhatsApp/email. When the customer pays, the order is marked as paid and is associated with the customer.
Instructions
Enter Point of Sale.
Select the product(s) and, if applicable, date/time.
Click on Create order.
Choose the method Generate payment link.
Copy the link and share it with the customer (WhatsApp, email, etc.).
Monitor the order in Sales: it should change from pending to paid when the customer completes the payment.
Requirements
Stripe connected (for card charges).
Product created and, if applicable, date/time with availability.
Common Errors
Generate link without availability (full capacity).
Expired link/failed order: generate a new one and confirm capacity.
Stripe not connected: you will not be able to charge by card from this flow.
