Connect Stripe to charge online
Connect Stripe to accept card payments in your booking links and at checkout.
How do I connect Stripe to start collecting payments online?
Connect Stripe from the panel (Home or Profile). Once connected, you will be able to charge by card in links and also generate payment links from POS. To validate, check that your profile shows the option to go to Stripe.
Instructions
Go to Home → Connect Stripe.
If you don't see the banner/button, try the alternate route: User Icon → Profile → Connect Stripe.
Complete the Stripe process (business information, representative, bank account, etc.).
Return to the dashboard and go to User Icon → Profile to confirm that the option Go to Stripe now appears (useful for viewing payments/commissions).
(Recommended) Test the payment: generate a payment link from POS or share a product link and make a test purchase.
Requirements
Access to the panel.
Basic business data and a bank account (Stripe requests it during onboarding).
Common Errors
“Connect Stripe” does not appear: this usually happens when it is already connected or if you are in the wrong profile (check your session).
Incomplete onboarding: Stripe requires mandatory data; if not completed, the charge remains blocked.
The customer pays but I don’t see it: check Sales by name/email and confirm in Stripe from Profile → Go to Stripe.
