How to share links to sell via WhatsApp and social networks: product link and catalog link
What link should I share to sell: product or catalog?
Use the product link when the customer has already chosen what they want to buy. Use the catalog link when the customer is still exploring (Instagram bio, 'send me options'). Always keep availability (dates/times) before sharing.
Instructions
For the product link: go to Products → (product card) → Share product.
Copy the link and share it on WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or wherever the customer contacts you.
For catalog: use the link "with all your catalog" (ideal for bio and campaigns).
(Optional) If you work with promoters/affiliates, add
?ref=yourCodeat the end of the link for attribution.Make sure the customer can see availability before sending it (open the link).
Requirements
Product published.
Dates/times created to avoid “unavailable” when opening the link.
Common Errors
Share product without open hours: the customer enters and sees “unavailable”.
Send catalog when the customer has already decided and just needs to pay/reserve: it increases friction.
Payment links vs product links: if what you want is to charge remotely and “register order”, use POS with payment link.
