Open dates and times in the calendar
Publishing a product is not enough: you need to create real availability (dates + times + capacity).
How do I open dates and times for people to book?
In Calendar, open dates for your product, select at least one day, and create at least one time slot. If you do not create time slots (even if you select days), the product will not be available for purchase.
Instructions
Go to Calendar → + Open Dates.
Select the product for which you want to open availability.
Select at least one day.
Add at least one time slot (start time; if applicable, duration).
Set the maximum capacity for that time slot/session.
Confirm with the final button (depending on UI it may say Create Time Slots/Create Event).
Verify: open the product link and confirm that you can see available dates.
Requirements
Have at least one product published.
Define your quota/attendance per session.
Common Errors
Select days but do not create schedules (the final button is missing).
Click on Save Schedules
Capacity at 0 or full capacity (it seems “no availability” even though there is an event).
Open dates for the wrong product (especially if there are similar products).
