🎯 Problem it Solves

Prior to this release, plan limits and differences were not clearly defined or enforced within the platform. Some sellers accessed Pro features without having subscribed to them, and others were unsure what they were paying for or what they needed to unlock.

With this launch, plans have clear, visible, and enforced boundaries. If you are on the Starter plan, you see exactly where your access ends. If you want more, you know which plan includes it.

Starter Plan (Free)

• 🧩 Up to 100 active products.

• 🧩 Up to 100 discounts.

• 🧩 Up to 500 future dates and times.

• 🧩 Included features: product link, public catalog, POS, reservations, confirmation emails.

• 🧩 Standard platform commission.

Pro / Growth Plan

• 🧩 All limits extended.

• 🧩 Unlocked features: Partial Payments, Private Request, Branding (logo + favicon), Automatic Translation, Quantity Discounts, List Price.

• 🧩 Differentiated commission (lower than Starter).

• 🧩 Priority support.

Blocking Behavior

• 🧩 Pro features are automatically hidden in the platform if your plan is Starter.

• 🧩 If you are using a Pro feature and downgrade your plan, your data is preserved — but you cannot create or edit until you upgrade your plan.

• 🧩 A contextual "Upgrade your plan" banner appears at the points where you attempt to access unavailable features.

👣 How to Use It (3 steps)

1. Go to: Profile → Manage Subscription to see your current plan and available options.

2. Check which features are locked on your account — they appear with a padlock or an upgrade banner.

3. If you want to unlock features, select the plan that includes them and complete the payment from the same section.

⚠️ Important Changes

• Limits are retroactive: if your account already exceeded any limit at the time of this release, you will not be able to create more items of that type (products, discounts, dates) until you free up space or change your plan. Existing items are not deleted.

• Deactivated Pro features preserve your data: if you had Partial Payments active on a product and downgrade to Starter, the product remains there, but customers will not see the down payment option at checkout.

• The plan name does not appear in the UI: upgrade banners are contextual and do not display the technical name of the plan.
