My product is not available / cannot be purchased
Quick diagnosis when a customer does not see dates, or the checkout does not allow booking.
Why are there no available dates to purchase?
In 90% of cases, the problem is one of these: the product is not published, there are no created schedules, or the capacity is 0/full. Check the product + calendar and it will be resolved in minutes.
Instructions
Confirm that the product is published (Products → open the product).
Go to Calendar and check that there are:
At least one day open for that product.
At least one time slot created (not just selected days).
Check the maximum capacity of the time slot and how many reservations it has:
If capacity = 0 or capacity full → there will be no availability.
Make sure you are sharing the correct link (product/catalog) and try opening it in incognito mode.
If you just made changes, refresh and try again (some views take time to reflect).
If everything is correct and it still fails, contact support (see contact).
Requirements
Have the name of the product with the issue.
(Ideal) Have the link that the customer is using.
Common Errors
Confusing "opened dates" with "created schedules": if schedules are not created, nothing is sold.
Quota at 0 because they wanted to "close sales" and forgot to reopen.
Schedule created on the wrong date (incorrect month) and that's why it seems "empty".
