Activation checklist: ready to sell on MaunaOne
Quick guide to going from "I have an account" to "I am selling": payments, product, dates/times, and link/catalog.
What do I need to set up to start selling?
To sell you need: (1) payment method (Stripe or Point of Sale), (2) published product, (3) real availability (dates/times with capacity), and (4) send a shareable link to your client (product or catalog). If one is missing, the client will not be able to buy or you will not see the order correctly.
Instructions
Choose your primary payment method:
Online payment (card): connect Stripe.
Offline payment (cash/transfer): use the Point of Sale to record the sale.
Set up payments (if you will be collecting online): go to Home → Connect Stripe and complete the onboarding.
Create your first product: go to Products → Create New and complete the minimums (name, price, duration, capacity).
Make it “sellable”: add at least a cover image and a short description (improves conversion and reduces questions).
Publish the product: Save the product.
Open dates and times: in Calendar → + Open Dates, choose the product, select at least one day, and create at least one time slot with capacity (you can also open dates from the edit).
Copy and share the correct link:
Customer has already decided → product link.
Customer asks “what do you have?” → catalog link.
Verify your first sale:
In Sales, check the payment/order status.
In Calendar, verify that the event/time slot has reservations and adjusted capacity.
Requirements
Access to the panel (app.maunaone.com).
You have already decided what you are going to sell (experience/tour/class with dates/times).
Common Errors
"I published the product but it cannot be purchased": almost always, there are missing scheduled times created.
Connecting Stripe "halfway": incomplete onboarding can block payments.
Sharing the "wrong" link: catalog vs product (depends on the customer's moment).
Registering offline payments outside the panel and not in the Point of Sale: later it does not "match" the quota or the report.
