🧾 MaunaOne Update — Platform Improvements and Wizard (03/03/2026)

✅ Summary

This update brings significant improvements to the onboarding flow, better overall platform performance, and key fixes in emails, reports, and product availability. The setup Wizard is now non-sequential, giving sellers more flexibility to activate their account at their own pace.

🆕 What’s New

• Non-sequential Wizard — You can now complete each step of the setup wizard independently, without following a fixed order.

  • The 4 steps are: ≥1 product created (and/or published), ≥1 open date (new step), Stripe connected, and ≥1 confirmed sale.

  • This lets you move forward according to your own flow, for example: connecting Stripe before creating a product.

• New step: Open date — The Wizard now requires you to have at least one active availability date before it is considered complete.

⚙️ Improvements

• Checkout session time for Product Link orders — The checkout duration for product links was updated to 30 minutes.

  • Note: payment links generated from the Point of Sale keep their 24-hour duration.

• General performance improvement — We optimized load and response speed across the entire platform for a smoother experience.

• Availability tab: future dates only — The availability view within the product now filters and shows only future dates.

  • To view the full date history, use the Calendar view.

• Improved confirmation email — It now includes order extras, and the translation for the 'Purchase Notes' field was adjusted.

• Default duration for new products — When creating a new product, the duration is automatically set to 1 hour.

  • You can change this value in the Booking Settings section while creating or editing your product.

🐛 Fixed Issues

• Report download with optional dates — We fixed a bug where report downloads failed depending on the selected date combination.

  • The 4 possible combinations now work correctly: no start date, no end date, both dates, or neither.

⚠️ Important Change

• Redesigned setup Wizard — The wizard is no longer sequential.

  • If you had an onboarding flow in progress, the state is preserved, but now you can freely skip between steps.

  • The new 'Open date' step is required to complete onboarding.

• Shorter checkout time in Product Links — Session time was reduced from 24 hours to 30 minutes for orders coming from product links.

  • This does not affect payment links generated from the Point of Sale (they remain 24 hours).
