🎯 Problem it solves

Many businesses sell private events, but the request process was completely manual: the client would reach out via WhatsApp, the seller would ask for availability, negotiate the price, and only then would an order be created. That entire process happened off-platform.

Now, the client can start that conversation directly from your product link, with the structured information you need to respond quickly and close the sale.

🆕 What's new

• 🧩 "Request Private Event" button visible on the product link of bookable products with private events enabled.

• 🧩 Request form with fields for: name, email, phone, group size, preferred date, and additional notes.

• 🧩 Notification to the seller with all group details to coordinate directly.

• 🧩 Configurable per product — it only appears if you activate the Private Events option in the booking settings.

👣 How to use it (3 steps)

1. Go to: Products → Edit Product → Booking Settings → enable "Allow private events".

2. Set the minimum and maximum group size for private events.

3. Share your product link — your clients will see the request button and can send you their proposal directly.

⚠️ Important changes

• The request button does not appear by default. You must enable it manually on each product where you want to offer it.

• The request arrives as a notification, it does not create an order automatically. You must coordinate and create the order manually from the POS or by sending a payment link.

• Feature available on Pro/Growth Plan. It is disabled on the Starter Plan.
